Yates Property Maintenance is a great, reliable company I have been working with for nearly 4 years now and Scott Yates himself is the most knowledgeable contractor in the area and even better, he is a Monterey local. He, his office staff, and his team out in the field as a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic people, work and service! Responsive, timely, efficient, effective problem solvers and dissolvers! Our property owners rely on them to take care of the various issues that may arise within the individual units. Whatever I’ve needed the past few years, YPM has been there in a flash! Drew has been here for different matters, and when i see him, and there is immediate relief and I know that all will be well. Last week, he installed a new hot water heater, and, as usual, he was extremely careful, clean, tidy, friendly. Alex, Anna, Eli and Jeff have each and all helped me out as well.
