Yates property Maintenance is a first generation company that was established in 1984 and has recently celebrated its 37th anniversary. It started with one man, owner Scott Yates, and has now expanded to employ more that 20 employees working day and night to provide the best service possible.

Our company is a family owned and operated business. Cindy Yates, wife of Scott, has managed the office since its opening in 1985. Jessica Yates, daughter of Scott and Cindy, now helps run the office with her mother. Jason Yates, eldest son of Scott and Cindy, has worked for the company for 20 years and has followed in his father foot steps with obtaining his own contractors license as well as an electrical license. We are very proud that this company not only provides for the Yates family but also the families of its employees.
